Description: Design a parking system, there is a parking lot and a sidewalk. Dangdang a car arrives, if there is space parking lot, then drive into the parking lot if there is no space on the sidewalk to see if there are vacancies, if put the car into the pavement. If the sidewalk was full stop into the other parking lot.
