Description: Image Thresholding methods, but it is difficult to find a suitable segmentation method on various occasions. In this paper, the actual situation of several segmentation methods have been compared and Experimental Research. On this basis, the introduction of a genetic algorithm to accelerate the convergence speed. Finally, an improved genetic algorithm for optimization of image segmentation, and achieved good segmentation performance.
