Aiming at the data transmission in the normal communication, a project of the RS+Convolutional concatenated code was presented. The performance of the RS+Convolutional concatenated code in AWGN channel and Rayleigh fading channel was simulated and analyzed based on MATLAB. The simulation result shows that the RS+ Convolutional concatenated code can reduce the bit error rate of the normal communication. The RS+ Convolutional concatenated code is an efficient error correcting code and it is of great value in practice.
