Description: This function Calculates bus impedance matrix of a power system
each line of input argument is a data of one line of system in form of:
number of busbar connected to the line and value of impedance and
impedance in a vector like [1 3 4 5] which means line with impedance of
4 P.U. and impedance of 5 P.U. connected between busbar number 1 and 3.
bus 0 is network s zero point.
input argument is a matrix that is formed by this vectors putted one on each
other.
