Description: The critical examination of various documents using a computer is a computer character recognition, documents and bills computer recognition system design one based on the vision, set of text (including online signature) recognition and voice output in one check against documents image preprocessing, character zone positioning of the text image and the effective efficiency of the character segmentation to improve character recognition rate, the automatic inspection of the various documents and bills, experimental results show that the use of the system can increase the verification accuracy, improve efficiency.
