Flashes 3 times (delay 3 seconds), 1,3 intersection red light, green light while crossing 2,4, 2,4 junction opened to traffic direction. Delay time (30 seconds), the 2,4 intersection green light is off, the yellow light starts flashing. Flashes 3 times (delay 3 seconds), then switch to the 1,3 junction direction.
