Description: The generation of renewable energy, such as wind power, solar power generation and biomass power generation, has become one of the important future development direction of power system. In order to promote the development of renewable energy, the renewable energy subsidy policy has been introduced in China for renewable energy generation and its network engineering. The difference between renewable energy generation grid price and coal-fired desulphurization benchmark electricity price is paid by renewable energy subsidy fund, of which distributed photovoltaic generation is subsidized by 0.43 yuan /kWh. According to the national policy, the additional collection standard for renewable energy subsidies in China is 0.19 yuan /kWh. In order to support the large-scale development of renewable energy in China in 2020, we need to accurately estimate the demand for renewable energy subsidies in China in 2020 and clarify the way of financing gaps.
