Description: Fiber optic sensing ring is the core sensitive component of fiber optic gyroscope, and its internal stress distribution has an important influence on the whole performance of the gyroscope. The measurement principle of stress analyzer -- stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) is analyzed, and the main performance indexes of STA202 type stress analyzer are introduced. A variety of fiber optic gyroscope sensing rings were tested by using this stress analyzer, and a variety of stress distributions in the ring ring were observed, and the causes of the stress distribution were analyzed.
