Description: Steps: 1) Select a cropped region to set segmentation parameters 2) Do a pre-processing step on the cropped region 3) Compute the axon segmentation on the cropped region 4) Perform an axon discrimination to get rid of false positives 5) Perform the myelin segmentation on the cropped region 6) Apply the segmentation parameters to the full image (axon & myelin segmentation).
