Description: Use AT89S51 MCU T0, T1 timing counter function, to complete the input signal frequency counting, frequency counting results through eight dynamic digital tube display. Requires the ability to signal frequency 0-250KHZ for accurate counting, counting error does not exceed ± 1HZ.
