Description: A student grade management procedures, to achieve the following functions:
(1) the user input every student score for each course.
(2) to calculate the average, each of the students and be able to sort by grade point average, according to each student s score and ranking.
(3) list to display results.
(4) to be able to sort by student number.
(5) will be effected according to the student number search, delete student information.
(6) will result data stored in the file.
(7) will score data read from the file.
