Description: The first randomly generated a store 50 records of student achievement data files RecordIn.DAT. Then reads the stored 50 records of student achievement data files RecordIn.DAT. Each record length of 28 bytes, the contents were as follows: 4-byte number (XH), name (XM) 6 bytes, math (SX) 3-byte language scores (YW) 3 bytes, foreign language achievement (WY) 3 bytes, 3 bytes of the physical results (WL), chemical score (HX) 3 bytes, and political achievements (ZZ) 3 bytes. Requirement to calculate the total score, press school record is even, the total score from highest to lowest sort of the same grade school numbers from largest to smallest sort, student number, name and score output to the file RecordOut.DAT Each student line of output.
