Running on Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 SP6, Windows 2000, Windows 98 and Windows Me operating system, applications need to include in the distribution when the GDI+. For the reader GDI+ C++ base class interface is for the C/C++ developers by design. Need to be proficient Windows graphical user interface and message-driven mechanism.
