Description: This procedure is used to WGS-84 coordinate system to the Beijing 1954 conversion. Need to convert at least three control points. These control points should be known in WGS-84 and Beijing 1954, three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system of space coordinates. Procedure solver to calculate the conversion parameters solver.
