To register point sets automatically, a method was p roposed in this paper. It used the relationalmatching to get the counterpoints ofmarked points based on the topology and introduced the Rodrigues parameters to describe the transition matrix. The matrix was solved simp ly and steadily by using a temporary variant. Finally a registration experiment was p resented.
