This paper introduces the graduation project of " an institution human resources management information system" and how to analyze the background of the development, design and implementation, the main contents include introduction, feasibility analysis, system analysis, system design and system implementation of the six part of the text and flow chart to be adopted during the explanation. System software is divided into three functional modules, namely, wage, wage payment and statistical analysis, the basic unit of the Finance Unit to ensure that the daily wage deal for business needs, while the language through Visual FoxPro6.0 database software design and implementation execution of the logic of the system structure of the close combination with the physical implementation.
