图像处理的函数很多很多，推荐大家可以搜索一 下janFX.pas这个函数单元，是一个老外搜集编写的DELPHI的图像函数集，里面包含了一些常用的图像特效函数，例如调整一个BMP的亮度、变 灰、缩放、旋转等等，仔细看看会比较有收获。文件不是很大，直接上传作附件了。
