The necorelib.dll library generates one-time passwords based on the HOTP algorithm described by the RFC 4226: http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4226.txt (also known as OATH) The library supports multiple separated shared secrets (aka. symmetric encryption keys) and its corresponding counters.
