2) Locate the .CAB file with the PocketPC file explorer.
3) Tap on the .CAB file. The runtime files will be installed.
Thats it! Download a .vb file from my site to either
RAM or Storage and tap on it. The runtime files tell
your PocketPC that .vb is a file type (same as program).
If you need help with the install then email

that you are having installing the program.
