Moreover, the proposed decoding method can be applied to any turbo code specifi ed in communication standards, because it is not necessary to modify the encoding process. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verifi ed intensive simulations conducted for 3GPP LTE-Advanced codes.-To increase the throughput of turbo decoding, a new decoding method is proposed in this letter.
