Combining task sufferage with Min2min heuristic ,SMM chooses k tasks which have smal2 ler earliest finish times ,and assigns the task ,which will be suffered most if it isn’t assigned ,to the corresponding pro2 cessor. SMM is more suitable for heterogeneous processors platforms by surmounting the limitation of Min2min heuris2 tic. The statistic f rom the experiment s proves that SMM can reach lower makespan and less average waiting time at the same time and the performance of it is better than the one of Min2min heuristic.
