Description: 這是一個用PL2303轉接的JTAG ICE，雖說還是串行通訊，但是我認為的確是方便和小巧。驅動芯片我這裡的74HC245比較多，所以沒用244，其實是一樣的。Mega16L選用的是TQFP封裝。-This is a PL2303 adapter with the JTAG ICE, though, or serial communication, but I think is really convenient and compact. Driver IC 74HC245 I here more, so no 244, is the same. Mega16L choose TQFP package.
