CNC technology trends is the use of open CNC motion controller system. This paper presents a new motion control card, use TI s TMS320F2812 chip 32-bit, high-speed PCI bus for data transmission, and the use of the most advanced NURBS curve interpolation way to achieve multi-axis. In addition, the paper design of multi-axis motion control card as long as the output for each axis direction can be accurately controlled and the number of pulses, can achieve multi-axis control.

[Report papers五轴小型数控铣床开放式控制系统及后处理开发

Description: 摘要:五轴联动数控机床凭借其自身的高柔性,在航空航天、汽车、船舶等领域的复杂零件加工中发挥着举足轻重的作用。而数控系统和后处理系统是保证高质量、高精度、高效率加工的重要基础。本文基于自主研发的五轴铣床样机,开展五轴联动开放式数控系统和后置处理系统研究,主要研究内容包括:(1)五轴联动机床数控系统硬件设计与开发。设计并搭建了五轴联动机床的电气控制系统,在此基础上进行数控机床伺服系统电机和PID调试,采用双频激光干涉仪对该机床进行精度检测,并进行了误差补偿。(2)开放式五轴联动数控软件系统开发。针对所搭建的开放式数控硬件系统,基于C#语言开发了数控软件系统,利用PMAC的PComm32动态链接库,实现了数控系统的通讯、运动控制和程序加工等功能。(3)非线性误差分析与后置处理系统开发。针对自主研发的B/C轴混合式五轴铣床,建立了非线性误差分析模型,根据误差分析结果,提出了非线性误差补偿策略,并将该误差补偿算法编入自主开发的后置处理器中。(4)加工仿真与实验。建立了基于VERICUT加工仿真系统,将后置处理得到的NC代码在VERICUT中进行模拟加工仿真,然后进行铣削加工,实验结果验证了数控系统及后处理器是有效的。
