[File Format] ZS DL : 0: 摘要: 温度测控在日常生活、工业生产工程各领域均具有广阔的应用前景。目前我国各类实际温度控制系统中主要以传统控制方式为主，其控制效果不够理想。本课题将模糊控制与PID 控制结合，研制出一种具有较好跟踪速度和鲁棒性的控制系统，为工业控制提供一种新的技术储备，具有较高的应用价值。本文设计实现了一个多功能、适应多种环境的温度测控系统。为适应不同环境下温度控制要求，系统共实现4 种温度控制方式：上位机高精度浮点PID 温度控制、上位机模糊控制、自定义功率控制、下位机独立 PID 控制。试验表明，通过计算机可以远程控制监视温度，下位机脱离计算机可以独立进行PID 温度控制。 PID 算法中采用功率补偿，解决了小偏差下PID 算法输出功率不够的问题。软件采用Visual BASIC 语言编写。该软件基于Windows2000/XP 平台，人机界面友好，易于用户操作。具有在线修改采样时间、控制算法、控制参数、图形显示功能。 : PID RS-232 VB
