设计单片机系统拟实现电子调速皮带秤。本系统利用称重传感器测量输送带有效称量段上物料的重量,并将被测重力转换成相应的模拟电压信号,经放大器放大后,由A/D转换成数字量。与此同时,速度传感器将皮带速度转换为计数脉冲后进行整形。2路信号都送到C8051F410中进行计算、处理,得到当前皮带秤的瞬时流量值,对瞬时流量进行积分得到一段时间内的累积重量。瞬时流量与给定流量进行计较,运用PID算法,输出控制信号控制变频器来改变电机转速,从而可以实现流量的闭环控制。此部分需要设计2路信号输入通道,分别为称重传感器的模拟信号输入通道以及测速传感器的频率信号输入通道,同时还有一路模拟输出信号通道,输出1-5V电压信号来驱动变频器工作。另外还需要键盘显示模块以及通信模块,此部分需要完成参数设定、数字显示以及数据上传等功能。-Design SCM system intends to realize electronic speed belt scale this system use weighing sensor measurement conveyor belt effective weighing section on the weight of the materials, and the measured gravity converted into corresponding analog voltage signal, the amplifier amplification, the A/D convert digital quantity and the same time, speed sensor will belt speed conversion for counting pulse shaping after 2 road signals are sent to the C8051F410 calculation processing, get the current belt scale of instantaneous flow rate value, the instantaneous flow integral for A period of time inside of cumulative weight instantaneous flow and A given flow object, using PID algorithm, output control signal control frequency converter to change motor speed, which can realize the flow of closed loop control this part need to design 2 road signal input channel, respectively weighing sensor analog signal
