[SourceCode] rtflib DL : 0: Introduction rtflib is a free C-library which is developed in order to help developers. Considering this release, 100% compatibility is achieved only with MS Word 97 to MS Word 2003 applications used as external RTF viewer to generated RTF documents. For the future, it is planned to extend this to all possible RTF viewers that support RTF specification 1.8 which is documented by Microsoft and can be found here. Background A developer may use CRichEditCtrl, a MFC control, in order to get RTF output from the source code. This is the control upon which WordPad application is built. But, there are many limitations when considering the generated RTF file. Also, an RTF document can be created with any advanced text editor directly. This library, however, provides a low-level interface to RTF syntax which is not so easy to be hand-coded like HTML. It can be extended and adopted to custom needs. Also, a custom high-level interface is a challenge to be built on this low-level interface base.

(3)由于分发的工资条每人只有两行，为便于区分月份，在生成的工资条单独在最后一列添加了月份。 (4)修正了1项错误：当部门数量过多时，生成按部门打印工资表时出现错误：错误号 “1004” 方法“Range”作用于对象“_Global”时失败经检查，原来是再次遇到EXCEL单元格地址长度不能超过256个字符这个bug！，详见：http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_5488e3a90100funn.html (5)导出银行代发工资功能，增加了对超级网银的支持，并增加了导出EXCEL格式、文本格式两种方式。 (6)不少用户希望工资表中能够自行增加考勤，签名、工时等相关数据，现在从实发工资列之后都允许自行添加内容，让工资表更加灵活。 3.23版改进：微软真是坑死人，VBA函微软真是坑死人，VBA函数中round函数竟然四舍五入存在BUG！（1）vba中提供的函数：Round(0.025, 2) = 0.02 （2）工作表中提供的函数：Application.WorksheetFunction.Round(0.025, 2) = 0.03 为了消除这个小小的缺陷(正常情况下并不会成为大问题)，已经全面采用工作表四舍五入函数，3.23版个税计算不再会存在四舍五入的微小偏差！！ 2010年2月26日 3.22版的改进: 1、使用数据升级功能时，有时会提示对象未定义，已完善。 2、导出个人工资单，有时会提示找不到文件路径，已完善。 2009年5月26日。 3.2版的改进： 1、增加“只显示与当前职工同部门的行”菜单，用于按部门筛选,便于按部门录入、查看数据。 2、导入基础数据、具体工资数据到当前工资表时，为两个字的职工姓名中间增加空格。 3、对原先定义为整型的变量(integer)，全部调整为长整型（Long）。 4、有网友提出生成的工资条，中间间隔行应该矮一些，节约纸，已修改。 2009年5月15日 3.0版的改进： 1、工资条人与人之间增加一个空行，便于剪裁给不同的人。 2、生成按部门打印的工资表功能中，可以选择增加按部门汇总的封面； 3、增加隐藏本次未发放工资人员的功能,在显示/隐藏菜单下面增加：“显示所有行菜单、“隐藏无发生额的行”菜单 4、可以灵活地自定义个税计算公式 5、为便于对综合查询的结果进行核对，取消在综合查询表自动关闭的设置。 6、有网友反映，如果职工发生变动，又恰好当前表是工资单时，会出现错误提示，目前该问题已解决。 7、强化对工资表的判断，防止附加表因为复制了工资表A1单元格的批注而被误认为是工资表，必须还同时具备工资表的名称为XX月份 8、按月统一计算个税，并提供计算详尽的个税计算过程核对表，一月多次发放工资再无个税扣除烦恼。 9、新增强大的数据导入功能，既可以导入职工姓名、帐号等基础数据，也可以导入代扣水电费等具体数据，非常方便实用。 2009年4月27日 2.1版的改进：由于代码中将制表时间固定为A3:I3,当在应发工资区域增加或删除工资项目后，该合并单元格会发生变化，导致取消、或对工资表全面保护的失败！现予以改进。2008-09-09 多位网友提出了增加银行代发工资格式的要求，现提供自定义银行代发工资格式的最新功能，方便于各家银行的代发工资的需要。 2008年9月13日 2.0版的改进： 1、重新对菜单进行了编排、分类，并为许多操作制作了菜单。 2、对当前状态下不允许执行的操作增加了提示，更加人性化。 3、在EXCEL 2007下使用时，在“加载项”菜单下有“工资管理”的菜单，可正常使用。（也必须先启用宏） 4、为了使程序更加精炼，删除了非核心功能的“防止看错行”。 5、为了与excel2007相兼容，部分代码进行了调整。 7、职工信息输入更加方便，允许不输入帐号，部门名称,允许一次删除多名职工。 8、对菜单事件进行了协调，解决了多个excel文档打开时菜单交错问题。 9、增加了部门管理。 10、增强了综合查询功能，允许进行分类汇总。 11、增加了按部门打印工资表的功能。 12、增加了修改工资项目名称的功能。还有不少功能的改进，不再一一描述。
