Description: Based on BHL2000, the character gray display is realized. This project is mainly composed of three modules: 51 MCU control module, BHL2000 gray modulation module and LED dot matrix display module. The line scanning signal of 16*16LED dot matrix is generated by AT89S51 MCU, and the BHL2000 gray modulation chip is controlled by single chip microcomputer. The drive current after modulation is output to control LED, and the 256 level gray display of LED dot matrix is realized.
