Description: Aiming at the problem of handwritten Chinese character recognition, selecting pen and stroke as primitives, analyzing the composition law and deformation regularity of handwritten Chinese characters, two kinds of Chinese character structure models are proposed: pencil center point model and stroke relation matrix model, and classification based on model And identification methods. According to the proposed model, the two- level classification scheme is used to construct the Chinese character recognition system. The pencil segmentation method is adopted.
