Description: Sharing point symbol primitive type PB symbol _ Chen Taisheng based platform for different map symbols difficult to share the problems facing the entity class point symbol, proposes a method based on shared PB symbols the point of view of grammar symbols element class point symbols and path-based point symbol structure, comparing the two types of symbolic model differences, we discuss the completeness PB dot symbol structure. PB use dot notation model, designed primitive class point symbol sharing method, geometry and style of both proposed point type, line type, the type of arc, smooth curve types and combinations of types of primitives are mapped. Further to SuperMap point symbol library as experimental subjects, constructed primitive class point shaped symbol sharing experiment to test the feasibility of the mentioned entity class point symbols sharing method, will promote inter-platform GIS map symbol sharing.
