Description: VGATV enables PAL, NTSC or 24KHz vga output for CRT TVs. Supported resolutions are 640x480 and 800x600. First set the resolution of your secondary display (TV) then run this program. You will need a VGA to SCART (component) cable.
The program measures and displays the pixel clock, horizontal and vertical frequency and sync polarity.
