Description: This work is implemented in matlab environment, the main use of the basics of image processing on a plate image preprocessing. The image conversion, image processing, and morphological image edge detection or the like to enhance the contrast of the image. Morphology and projection Combination plates to locate the picture, and cut out the picture on the basis of use. Finally, the extracted license plate character segmentation into individual character and form a new image.
