Description: The Open SigComp library is freely available under version 2 of the Gnu

It is a sigcomp stack mainly based on rfc3320, rfc3485, rfc3486 and rfc4464.It also contains some codes for testing multiple compress algorithms such as lz77, lzss and deflate.
