Description: A video processing software, features: (1) read a given video file, extract the frame rate, and in accordance with seconds of the video is saved as a continuous multiple images. Such as: frame rate of 25fps, then stored 25 images per second, second number as a different folder name. (2) on the i-second image sequences, randomly selected among the n pieces (n is the random input variables, corresponding to n different i are also different, obviously n < the original frame rate). (3) (2) selected out of all the images in chronological order to generate the video. New video frame rate is (randomly selected images out of total/length of time the original video).
