Description: AD603 is a low noise, voltage-controlled amplifier for radio frequency (RF) and intermediate frequency (IF) automatic gain control (AGC) system. It provides accurate pin-selectable gain, 90 MHz gain bandwidth range is-11 dB to+31 dB, 9 MHz bandwidth range is+9 dB gain to+51 dB.
