Faced with rapid growth and its impact on the learning needs challenge the traditional mode of education to traditional face-to-face education education has become increasingly unable to meet the needs of the people, and with computer networks and communication technology to develop modern distance education has become network research and application of one of the hot spots. In this paper, a design and development of component technology based on the ASP online educational system, and discussed how to use the system to achieve higher vocational education in the " 2+ l" training of the e-learning mode.
