Description: System uses a client/server mode and client server through socket Socket (TCP) connection. By comparison buddy list to determine who is and prompts the user to receive the news of so-and-so, and then select the user to view user information, if the buddy list is not the person on the show received the news of a stranger. Button the user can view the message by strangers.
