Description: With TMS320 DM642 as the main CPU and the video coding algorithm based on H. 264
standard, a wireless video surveillance system based on CDMA is demonstrated. The detailed analysis and
design of the functional modules in this system are presented, which include video input, RART interface,
IDE, USB etc. Some important issues in the system design for high speed CPU are discussed. The system
is realized successfully and experiments show that the stabilization of system is improved.
