Description: HT1621 for 128 (32 × 4) above LCD drive. It can be set to 1/2 or 1/3 bias and through the S/W configuration settings for the 2,3 or 4 shared LCD drive. This makes HT1621 more suitable for LCD applications. LCD driver clock generated from the system clock, but generally they 256KHZ.
