Description: This semester, I just learned cryptography, RSA algorithm is relatively simple, so I wrote this small software. Development environment: vc ++ 6.0.
RSA security depends on large number decomposition. Both public and private keys are two large prime Numbers. It is speculated that the difficulty of inferring the plaintext from a key and ciphertext is equivalent to breaking the product of two large prime Numbers.
Data encryption algorithm of RSA is the key to the generation of big prime number, the software to take to solve the problem of the storage and computing the big prime number array form, can generate more than 1024 decimal number of big prime number, for use in data encryption.
The disadvantages of RSA are mainly: the creation of key is troublesome, which is limited by the technology of the prime number, so it is difficult to achieve a single one. The packet length is too large, and in order to ensure security, n is at least 600 bits and more, which makes the operation cost very high, especially the slower speed, which is several orders of magnitude slower than the symmetric cipher algorithm. And with the development of large number decomposition technology, this length is still increasing, which is not conducive to the standardization of data format.
