Description: According to the gray-scale characteristics of plate images selected a linear, adaptive algorithm to deal with license plate image enhanced to to noise, eliminate ambiguity, while maintaining a good edge. The experimental results show that the enhanced binary of image quality significantly improved, that this algorithm is effective.
