The program can be used for two people in the LAN/Intranet (or Internet) to conduct video conferencing. There are many video conferencing program, each have their own performance technology. The main issue is video conferencing video fr a me size is too big for the transmission. Therefore, the performance depends on the codec fr a mes. I use Quick H263 encoding library to achieve better compression ratio to improve speed. The program can also do small changes in Internet use.
