The LTE System Level simulator allows you to perform network-level simulations of 3GPP Long Term Evolution networks. It abstracts the Physical layer for lower complexity and is based on the experience built on the LTE Link Level simulator. It is freely available in a package containing Matlab source files as well as some MEX-functions (for which the source code is also provided).
