In this paper based on Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME) specification developed an analog phone system. The system fully reflects the J2ME architecture and the characteristics of each module, designed using object-oriented approach, the basic simulation to achieve some of the functions of the phone, and focus on the design and development process issues.
