Description: 电动汽车用异步电机系统效率优化控制研究 (中科院博士论文)目前,大量应用于工农业生产的交流异步电机驱动系统,存在着整体效率较低的缺陷,造成资源浪费严重。本文以应用于电动汽车的中小功率等级异步电机驱动系统为研究对象,并针对被广泛应用的SVPWM电压型逆变器输出调制电压中含有基波电压以及谐波电压的实际特点,提出要从两个方面对稳态轻载工况下异步电机系统进行效率优化控制:优化电机的基波励磁磁链,寻找由基波电压所引起的电机铁芯损耗和铜损的最优平衡点,以减少由基波电压引起的电机损耗 优化SVPWM发生方法,控制逆变器的谐波电压输出,以减少由谐波电压引起的电机铁芯损耗和铜损。论文主要包括以下几个方面: 针对常用MATLAB/Simulink模块库所提供的异步电机模型不包含铁芯损耗这一缺陷,本文提出了一种计及铁芯损耗的异步电机数学模型,模型不包含微分环节,保证了仿真时的稳定性,模型所需参数均可通过普通的短路和空载实验获取。模型符合电机实际情况,具有简单、可靠、易于实现的优点。 基于损耗模型控制(LMC)以及最小直流母线功率在线搜索控制(SC)的研究成果,本文提出了一种新型混合在线式直流最小功率模糊搜索效率优化控制算法(FLSC)。-At present, massive induction motor (IM) drive systems are applied in the industry and agriculture, and they consume more than 60 of the total energy generated. Description: In this paper, new scheme of direct torque control of induction motor for electric vehicles is proposed and the results of an investigation into suitable torque control schemes are also presented. The electric vehicle drive consists of rewound induction motors and a three-level IGBT inverter. The schemes investigated are Field Oriented Control, Direct Torque Control (DTC), and DTC using Space Vector Modulation. The results of Matlab - Simulink simulations and a comparison between the control schemes are presented. It is found that the DTC using Space Vector Modulation scheme is best for this application.
