Description: The precise control and the speed identification of AC motor are the very important issues on AC drive system. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the mathematical model of AC motor, the principle of vector control and the algorithm speed identification, the speed sensorless vector control system of induction motor based on MRAS is constructed on SimPowerSystems modules of Matlab/Simulink simulation software.
