Description: YUV411, YUV420 data format common in DV, the former for the NTSC system, which is used for PAL system. YUV411 to extract the Y component of each pixel, and the UV component in the horizontal direction is sampled once every four pixels. YUV420 not 0 V component is sampled, but compared with the YUV411, in the horizontal direction to double the sampling frequency of color difference, in the vertical direction mode U/V component is reduced to half the sampling interval
