Description: Based on investigation of the production situation in a toy company，simulation model of the production line
is built with Flexisim. The bottleneck of process on production line is determined and corresponding improvement
measures are proposed. Feasibility of the improvement program is further validated by modeling in Flexsim whose
superiority is fully reflected in production line simulation applications
