Description: the cs5523 source driver CS5521/22/23/24/28 is highly integrated 螖危 analog-to-digital converter (ADC), through the use of charge-balancing technology has reached the 16-bit (CS5521/23) and 24-bit (CS5522/24/28) performance. This ADC can be used either as a 2-channel (CS5521/22), also available 4-channel ((CS5523/24) and 8-channel (CS5528) ADC, the internal integration of a low input current, the chopper-stabilized instrumentation amplifier and a programmable gain amplifier (PGA), the PGA 25mV, 55mV, 100mV, 1V, 2.5V and 5V, and other optional input signal range to be applied to the benchmark thermocouple, the chip also integrates a charge pump drive circuit for the on-chip amplifier to provide a negative bias voltage.
