Description: The purpose of this paper is to use the Meta search engine technique to create a educational subject-oriented search engine. User can use this search engine to enhance the efficiency of information retrieval. Open course search engine is similar to the open course ware system of Massachusetts Institute of Technology. It can search for the related information of the corresponding courses，thus can let the students find the information they need efficiently
