Description: In order to realize the industrial production of products in the automatic counting function, design the AT89S51 as the core product counting system. The system USES the infrared sensors to tube of products detection, and will be amplified circuit transmission to signal of single chip external count pulse, realize products to count function, and use of these seven digital tube show that the product quantity. The system also designed the ISP parallel interface implementation of MCU and PC program download and rub the function. System integration, reliability and efficiency, low power consumption, automatic control can be realized, use and maintenance convenience, reduce artificial count of error and inconvenience.
